Courtney! Thank you so much for commenting on my post today and telling me about your experience with Colin! I don't know anyone else that has had the same experience, so I am so happy you shared. If Lucy had only has the two vessel cord we would not have done the amnio either. The only reason we chose to do it was because she also had the cyst in her brain and both were markers for trisomy 18, which is fatal. We just felt that since that was something that was a possibility we wanted to rule it out for a more relaxed 5 months until she is here.

Sarah, AWWW I know things will turn out just fine !!! I did not know anyone else either that had the two vessel cord until one day I decided that I was going to talk about it bc i needed to get it out and just stop holding it in and I found a girl that I used to work with @ an internship that her little girl had it also! We didn't do the amnio just because two vessel cord is not fatal, but can cause many different issues and no matter what was going to be possibly wrong with Colin I would love him anyway! I have you as a follower also :) i love looking @ your blog as well!! Liam is adorable also!! I can't wait to see what the next 5 months will bring for you ! She is very lucky to have wonderful parents and a cool big brother also ;) Hope you guys are enjoying where you moved!!! Talk to u soon !!!
